The Hera festival is an afternoon and evening of music, performance, and art celebrating women's (bio/trans/queer/female identified) creativity.

 3pm - Fanzine Workshop

Fanzine Workshop facilitated by Rachel Holbrow: an introduction to fanzines

and their place within feminism and the Riot Grrrl movement, the power of

their immediacy, and a DiY guide to making you own. Everyone has the chance

to contribute their own personal or political page to a fanzine that will be

given away free as part of the Hera festival that night.

 

7pm - Music + Performance

Music from The Colt.45s, Bridie Jackson, Femme Fatale, and more..

Performance from Subversive Strip, Fereshteh, H Plewis & H Plewis and
