Director Robert Altman moves the setting for Raymond Chandler’s crime noir classic from 1950s to 1970s Los Angeles, and in doing so creates the backdrop for one of Elliott Gould’s most memorable performances - as tough private investigator Philip Marlowe. His languid portrayal of the character, enhanced by the films stylish lighting and rich aesthetics, provocatively recreates the themes and tone of the book.

Bar opens at 7pm.
