"Hidden in the Leaves" is a program that I started in Belgrade back in 2010, trying to discover best film works on mystery and drama horror, but outside of regular horror genre. Yugoslavian TV film (movie) from 70-ies. Film adaptation of a short story (with the same name) by legendary American “ghost” writer Ambrose Bierce and possible the best film adaptation of Bierce works.

The story is told through flashbacks which start during the inquiry about the death of a doctor…
