This is an Online Screening of "Pride" (15). A Comedy drama about the true story of a group of LGBTQ activists who team up with a Welsh mining town to raise money during the 1984 miners strike. Featuring an all-star cast including Bill Nighy, Imelda Staunton and Paddy Considine.

The film has been chosen by Beacon Films programmers as part of a new partnership with Star and Shadow Cinema.

The screening has a BBFC "15" rating. No one under the age of 15 will be allowed into the screening. You may be asked for ID.

Film starts at 2pm.

The screenings aim to be inclusive for adult audiences who may be autistic, have learning disabilities or additional needs. Anyone is welcome to attend, so long as you are respectful towards audiences with a range of access needs.

Tickets for the online screenings cannot be changed to screenings taking place at the cinema.

To watch the Online Screening:

  • You will need a computer or a laptop. Unfortunately you will NOT be able to watch the film on a phone or a tablet.
  • The film has captioned subtitles available. You will need to select these at the bottom right on the online player when the film starts.
