Set in London's iconic independent Prince Charles Cinema in Soho, this comedy drama follows a day in the life of its hapless employees, exploring life behind the counter and interactions with their many and varied (and sometimes a little weird) customers. If you've ever wondered what it's like volunteering at the Star and Shadow, this film might give you a glimpse, or not! Crowdfunded, written, and directed by Fil Freitas who is coming to Newcastle for a Q&A, this is the first screening to take place outside of London.
