This is a really important meeting as we discuss and decide on what we actions we need to take regarding maintaining the building e.g. car park, purchasing materials, actioning repairs, overseeing contractors, 

The meeting also looks at issues across the organisation; bar, café, finance, programming, technical, training and policies etc..

Also this is the forum to discuss items for the General Meeting / Sovereign Body Meeting coming up.

Please come along and learn what it takes to keep the building open. We encourage volunteers to take the opportunity to contribute to tasks and projects that arise from the meeting, and to share their skills, knowledge and experience in solving problems and finding solutions on specialised subject matters.
