Join the Northern Dykes for their first-ever social event, in association with Heaton Pride! They will be collecting book donations and writing letters to send to the Lavender Pages Project, a solidarity collective sending books, zines, and educational material to incarcerated LGBTQ+ people across the UK. The Northern Dykes will be providing plenty of envelopes, paper, and pens on the day to write your letters (but feel free to bring your own stationary as well). They will also be collecting cash donations to help Lavender Pages pay for their postage costs.

Please consider the following before attending this event:

• All book donations must be new or "like new" condition
• Books must be written by LGBTQ+ authors
• Please do not bring any gifts or adhesive decorations for your letters (e.g., stickers, washi tape, etc.)
