Open call to all prospective programmers who would like to learn what it takes to put on an event at the Star and Shadow, and a warm welcome to experienced programmers who would like to propose something just that little bit different.

If you have an idea for an event whether you are a volunteer or external promoter then this is the place for you. From conferences, exhibitions, meetings, workshops, hires, and everything else in between. 

We ask that everybody contributes to ensuring events are well organised and planned as well as encouraging everybody to help each other out by offering support, buddying up and pitching in during and after events.
