The fourth Monday of the month Programming Development Meeting provides the opportunity for volunteers to discuss further the broader approach to programming at the Star and Shadow as well as to provide some oversight of the programme where many people are involved.
Things looked are:
- programming idea development
- long term planning
- processing diary issues,
- supporting and training programmers
- discuss cultural and other gaps in the programme
New event proposals can be brought to this meeting but the scheduled agenda items will get priority. The ideal place for new event proposals is the Open Programming Meeting which takes place on the second Monday of the month.
